About Seaside Expressions
We offer canvas painting, watercolors, alcohol ink, fluid art, and resin art. There are several options for resin art from a framed glass or wooden piece using crushed or broken glass, shells, pebbles, paint or charms or anything that enhances your creation. We’ll guide you in mixing the resin. We supply everything you need but feel free to bring any shells, trinkets or charms to incorporate into your design.
NOTE: Fluid art, alcohol ink, and resin art projects take time to dry and will be available 2-4 days after class date.

I love to paint and teach! Having started my career as a corporate trainer, I honed my skills in delivering structured and impactful learning experiences to diverse audiences in professional environments. My expertise in communication, curriculum design, and fostering engagement allowed me to develop training programs that empowered individuals to achieve their professional goals. Later, I transitioned into the role of an art teacher, where my passion for creativity and education found new expression. This shift enabled me to blend my teaching experience with the transformative power of art, guiding students of all ages to explore their creativity and develop their artistic abilities.

Originally from Oshkosh, WI, we moved to Mooresville, NC in 2006. That is where I let my art come back alive after lying dormant for many years. The inspiration of fellow artists and just the overall beauty of NC lent to my exploration of several mediums. I have been living in Cape Coral FL since 2010. I have been creating and teaching in Florida for the past several years. Having fun in the studio is my reason for creating. I am very grateful for what these opportunities have provided for my journey in life.
I absolutely LOVE teaching and collaborating with our students sending them out the door with something they will truly be proud of!! I look forward to be able to create with Seaside Expressions and share my passion for art!
I feel energy from anything tropical so that tends to be what I look for in subject matter for my art. From vibrant colors to the soothing blues of the water and sky will be seen in my creations. I also like to play around in many different mediums to best support my vision. I work in a variety of sizes and love to accept commissions. My goal is to always enjoy what I am creating and to have it find a home for someone that will also derive enjoyment from it!
