Liability:

Seaside Expressions, LLC is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during participation in workshops, events, or while using our products.

All materials, tools, and instructions provided during workshops are for educational purposes; participants are responsible for using them safely.

Intellectual Property:

All artworks, designs, and content created by Seaside Expressions; LLC remain the intellectual property of the studio unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement.

Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our artwork or designs without prior consent is prohibited.

Workshops & Classes:

Workshop schedules and fees are subject to change without prior notice.

Seaside Expressions, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances, offering a refund or credit where applicable.

Cancellations

No refunds will be given except under special adverse circumstances. If unable to attend, we offer a studio credit for a future class if notification is given prior to 24 hours of the scheduled class time.

If bad weather causes a class cancellation, a studio credit will be issued to all registered guests.

Late arrivals

If you arrive 15 minutes or more after the start of a class, you may not be allowed to participate and will lose the studio credit. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled class time.
